JCIDS/Requirements Analysis Support

Since 2009, MYMIC’s Requirements Analysts have supported the Joint Staff in facilitating rapid and effective capabilities development to meet warfighter needs. We comprehensively analyze, assess and study JCIDS issues to help identify and prioritize joint military capability development.
MYMIC has provided assessment, analysis, and assistance on over 1,400 capabilities documents including Initial Capability Developments (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), and Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) Change Recommendations (DCR). MYMIC’s expertise with Joint Urgent Operational Needs Statements (JUONS) has been instrumental in assisting the Functional Control Boards (FCB’s) in evaluating and providing recommendations on over 195 Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUON). Our Analysts provide extensive support to Joint Staff Functional Control Boards (FCB), Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC), and to Joint Requirements Oversight Council Memoranda (JROCM).
